receipts from customers increased
RD decreased
manufacturing cost up(a good sign)
Advertising cost decreased
Staff cost decreased（still very high I think)
it looks like the problem is the staff cost, since the acquisition, we are strugling to cut down the staff cost, this is not a very good sign of management effectiveness.
