Yes that is correct, but before you can produce profits you have to produce more and more revenue until you cover your costs.

Let us hope they are on an upwards growth of revenue until they produce profits.

I also note that in today's report they say that they have enough capital to cover their Chinese operation for 18 months.

Hopefully they have enough capital now to avoid any capital raises at least until the share price recovers.
