They were good results and building towards break-even. This COVID turmoil wont help with the next quarter though which is likely why yesterdays gains on the good news didn't hold.

Re: the takeover talk, I'm not sure anyone has considered, even the board, that it is slowly happening anyway. Not by a company but by an individual. And he is getting bargain prices with his latest purchases.
W. Whitney George now owns 29.13% of the company. He paid 0.099 (U.S cents) for his last 3 million.
