Uncle Joe... how long have you been in this stock ?
This is reality - if Fred needs more money, he provides a loan, that can subsequently be converted into shares, at a Pre- agreed price, which is normally an average price over 7 days. He's done this multiple times.
Or, as has happened in the past , he offers shares to "sophisticated investors" at the same arrangement as described above. Check out one Mr Lau.
I've been in AKP for more than 10 years, and Fred has NEVER gone to the market for additional funding. Not to banks, other financial institutions or even the existing shareholder base.

It is not illegal for anyone to simultaneously sell shares, and also buy them back... happens all the time. Requires a very, very high speed link to the ASX to be able to jump the queue. Costs heaps.
Just look at the single, or very low double digit share trades, that magically move the SP either up or down a few cents. Don't want it too high, as that will affect any share issue price, assuming that Fred does go to the market - he may not need to anyway. In the total scheme of things, $50 million is not a huge amount of money.

Given that Fred, family and his mates control approx 80% of the shares, they don't need to worry. Have you checked out the top 20 holders ?
AKP is not a "normal" company - Fred runs it like the private company he still wishes it was. High risk, but that's what we're in it for - the potential high reward.
