As to "proof, evidence"... a question to you -

Can you absolutely prove that that there are no cases of simultaneous sell/buy transactions, involving just one party, that allow a seller to instantly buy back stock that he has just sold ?

I can't prove it - I am suggesting that it definitely is possible, and looking at the course of sales, seems extremely likely. You seem to be hung up on the Perry Mason stuff...
To me, this is a duck.
Just look at the very strange transactions listed in course of sales.
