I don't think it's SCE (although it's strange we haven't heard anything about them in recent times.)

The third company was described as a "conglomerate with > 100 billion dollar revenue" . SCE is a subsidiary of Edison International, which has annual revenue of a mere 12 billion according to Wikipedia, and is in the Energy sector, not a conglomerate. I thought GE might be a possibility.

So let's go for both!

(Do we know who got the ground-based vehicle capture contract for SCE? I can't find any references to it. Perhaps it was apple - there's three little lidars spinning around there )
