I have had the same thoughts as you - this is way too cheap at the moment.
I think the market is struggling with the fact that WHK doesn't actually sell something - it just works out what the issues are, and then refers its clients onto others that will sell them something?
A lot of great businesses have this business model though.
Or maybe they see a CR as definitely going to happen - but I think the deal with Riverfort means that this will be avoided.
Another big contract OR news of lots of little recurring contracts OR a whiff of a cash flow positive quarter coming up will have a very positive effect on the SP from here.
A current market cap of under $10m for WHK is a little silly IMO.
