    Very well explained. Good to see management now providing some context with 4C’s - I wonder if they read HC?

    Pretty clear that these CV impacts were unavoidable.

    It’s still not clear what the impact is on 2021 earnings and sales. Will deferred sales be added to 2021 sales or will some 2021 sales be pushed into 2022 etc

    Also, does anyone know if management participated in the CR?
