This funding is still yet to be confirmed and is up to $70m for an unconfirmed majority equity stake in the project. What will Kalina own of the projects? 5%, 10%, 20%? Who knows, the market sure doesn’t.
They need to do better than a few if’s and maybe’s and they need to get some more stable top shareholders. How many companies have their #1 shareholder dump their entire stake in a company due to losses on other speculative investments?
