Kind of sums up KTD, You have to dig and question almost everything to find out what is really going on.

Postscript: Emailed KTD and they confirmed that it was not debt rather finance lease for equipment, which they forgot to include on prior 4C. So KTD has not debt (Omniblend's debt was paid off on acquisition). KTD was quite responsive to email and even called me.
