Hi John , I don't think that statement means an increase in outflow, it means a decrease in outflow and the cash will go into positive investment.
Basically if you add the $3.3M that is owing for the last quarter to the receipts we would have an almost positive Quarter. I think we will have a positive cashflow this Qtr. My opinion only.
