From a risk vs reward consideration it is a relief.
Not great sales but consistent.
More foundation than high rise.
Reduced risk.
Any SP moves will be small but with Regal disappearing a lot less resistance.
Inventory up and costs down.
Still difficult times but defence spend world wide is on the up.
