    it wasn't pulled from thin air, if the trend was anything to go buy it would have stayed or passed 25c.

    I do feel it will reach the $ mark in future, my point was simply if there is no update re PG&E, or other converted POC to contract very soon, the sugar hit / anticipation will pull back to mid-high teens.
