This quote in particular is concerning:
“Electricity retailers have had plenty of time to ensure they comply with the Code and the ACCC will not hesitate to take enforcement action against those who fail to do so.”
It is time to start to dial the pressure up on this outfit - get yourselves sorted out, or step aside and let someone that knows what they are doing have a go (I am looking at you Damien Glanville).
