the fine isnt the issue with this company - I own a competitor (TPC) that was also fined a couple years back for breaches due to misleading advertising...
The issue with this company is their lack of positive cash flows or profitability..
did you know over the past year whole sale energy prices in QLD have halved... that should have translated into better margins for LPE and made it profitable...
