We're cutting them too much slack here. Yes, as you and Gary correctly point out there are extenuating circumstances which can explain this position, however as Silkroad & Bhan also correctly point out, they have had opportunity to present these circumstances to the market. They have instead chosen to issue announcements boasting of increased sales due to the pandemic. It is irresponsible at the time of actually reporting on the numbers to then wave a "logistical problems" flag as if this explains it all away.
