    Given the transgressions reported from the banks (Big 4), it seems that the banks don't assess whether a customer is doing illegal or unethical business. As @Stevie.K points out above the websites appear quite dodgy... but would a bank decline to have their money and custom?

    @itzgr82balive makes the valid point that while these customers may indeed be dodgy, they want to know who their customers are (for some reason possibly to defraud the customer but no evidence uncovered as yet of this) and may even want to be certain their customers aren't involved in money laundering etc.

    Whatever the reason for these customers, if they have a contract to use ISX software they are apparently not wanting illicit customers... surely that can only be a good thing.
