To me, these look like subtle warnings to Kazia investors. From todays quarterly report:

"it is difficult to draw inferences as to the anticipated expenditure in FY2021"

"Should it be required, the company has contingency plans in place to adjust operational execution of its studies and, as necessary, to conserve cash"

I am just thinking aloud and of course this is not advice
