I am sure if we look at a lot of ASX listed, many don't generate revenue and are still able to raise capita. lets simplify it, that's most of junior explorers and almost all of R&D and medical research Co's.
SKN can be one substantial order away to take the share price to multiples of what it is (when it trade again) this could happen even wile in suspension as the business is trading as usual.

I have said it again if ASX is playing hard ball lets pack up and list in US, UK, CAN many other markets to trade on. Just look at what happened with crypto stocks when it got too hard on ASX, some have successfully listed in Canada.
