Welcome to the UCM discussion Ba7500. I would like to build on what Niloony wrote.
My approach to your question is from a different, perhaps deeper, perspective. I have a couple of holdings in UCM, accumulated since my first buy in 2004. I know the company in detail and understand where it is going.

There is probably too much to explain in one post, So lets start with the very basics and build on that over several installments:
The company has been built around the invention by Rob Phillips of a non invasive means of measuring the important parameters of heart health - The Uscom 1A. This is still their primary earner of income. A unique device that found a world market in critical care medicine.

The company development model has been to then build on the proceeds of 1A sales and expand into an international market.
They have been doing an "Amazon" - quietly reinvesting all profits into achieving long term goals. At the moment they are on the cusp of another major expansion driven by the availability of extra money, as prior investments start to bear fruit.
The company shares have been tightly held. The Chairman does not like to see too much shareholder dilution and paces development on available funding from device sales.
