I think it is entirely inevitable that this technology, like all technologies, will continue down an endless process of improvement. I can't think of anything that doesn't conform to this "rule". Look at the conventional speaker and its development over the last 100 years or so! AKPs initial product will come to look primitive over time - revolutionary like the lightbulb, loudspeaker, telegraph or motorcar - but eventually primitive nonetheless. With a steady stream of lucrative dividends along the way I hope!
