CWL is currently in the early stages of evaluating a reverse takeover opportunity and will
provide an update if the opportunity becomes a binding proposal. CWL is aware of its
continuous disclosure obligations under Listing Rule 3.1 and confirms that it is in compliance
with its obligations.
As long as the cash doesn't run out before this happens, should be happy days.
