Cant figure out what this sell down is all about? Has to be one of the new holders from the raise I reckon as this sort of volume was non existent at this level the past month or so... Hard to know as we don't have the raise info.
I would be pissed, if it was over subscribed as claimed and the new shares have made their way in to market rather than safe hands, especially with it being underwritten by the directors.
I was going to post the below last night but ran out of time, just some projections on where I see the company heading this financial year.
- Quarter 2-4 this financial year are projections
- I have carried the $344k increase in revenue (against Q1 2019) for the 1st quarter into future quarters 2/3 and 4 (allows for no upside so base case)
- I have added in the projected revenue from AOM of $250k per quarter
- Power Club, USS and additional contracts factored in - Best estimates DYOR
- NO upside included for any other revenue growth, so i believe these numbers to be base case
- ARR I believe should be at 10 + multiplier as the company is profitable and growing rapidly, really it should be at the 15 multiplier by financial years end or a share price of 0.185 cents IMO
- I have also attached below the share options for management at the forthcoming AGM, this also gives an idea of where the share price should be as a minimum if these targets are hit (check strike price for options)
- Undervalued compared to other SaaS
- Top class management with deep pockets
