It is pretty clear that lack of capital is the reason the company isn't trading and management has been desperately trying to raise it. Fruitlessly. The company will trade again when somebody or a group of people front up with the required capital. Or revenue increases 5 fold to cover the ongoing operating expenses.

From the outside it appears that a nuclear bomb wouldn't get rid of this lot, they seem to manage to find a way to survive time and time again. I wouldn't be giving up hope just yet.
