I have just committed to invest in this 2m plus raise to get PIL back on the market. it's coming back and it will be a huge return. I invested in IOU (formerly ICU at 1.58c. Everyone doubted that one and now look at it. PIL is the Philippines version of IOU. mark my words. Anyway, good luck to all PIL shareholders
