Well, Reffind just delivered a -$4.9 million operating loss. For a company with $3.6 million market cap that is truly outstanding performance!
Management also sold the Loyyal assets for $250k. After all this time repeating how those assets were with tens of millions of dollars, raising capital on it well, management sells out shareholders at $250k. This is egregious. Shareholders have a right and should demand to know who Reffind sold the Loyyal assets to for next to nothing and why shareholders didn’t get the tens of millions of dollars of value management has been promising them.
