Seriously, every budget estimation they have ever made has blown out and the same with every timeframe, then these mistakes are followed up from an encyclopedia of excuses. The only valid excuse is they have had no management skills for the estimation or budget/timeframe control of any development despite what they are being paid.
The other constant has been the perpetual academic egos to build this and that and this and that ...... with no consideration for creating shareholder return.
In the last 10 years nothing but grief for shareholders!
