You know when a company is in financial trouble when they rely on a government R&D Tax incentive - drawn in advance - to stay afloat.
IMO if they are to continue as a company they will have no other choice but to do a Share Consolidation, this diluting existing shareholders and kicking the can down the road.
As of this morning, 94 million chances to exit the company with something to show for it - IMO strong sell.
