The quarterly is never meant to be an "update", you'll notice that they are by design backwards looking. Therefore I'm not sure how you could see this as a confirmation to trials being further delayed and that they're struggling to enrol patients considering the quarter ended on the 31st of December and that is the period to which the Appendix 4C "updates" the market on.
I'm sure we will receive updates on what has occured since the end of the year in due time
