Your chart is a good reflection of the passing Trader interest in a very tightly held stock. One that has undergone a lengthy but successful product development process to its recently achieved profitability status and core position in its world market.
The chart shows little of the growth in underlying value of the company which is poorly recognized by traders who by definition have little interest in long term value appreciation.
Perhaps a line joining the tips of the peaks hints at the underlying growth, but this is stretching it a bit - like saying the up and down spikes reflect the true value of the stock.
All you can really say - is that it is a "sucker stock" for passing traders! Those who have done their research will realize all this may change in the coming year.
