I don't see a cap raise on the horizon at all! I am amuse that you are complaining about them reducing costs when so many have been complaining they have been running at too high costs. Nothing about this looks like spin. They continue to say they have a positive outlook and back this up with progress in deals. I view these as positive changes but I agree some more details on where these cost savings have come from would be useful.
