Facts always speak louder than down ramping.. wow, so some years planning and designing a secure facility to produce medical grade product to extreme local and international regulations near Mildura, in the real world that is entirely and normal time frame for a commercial facility of this type - its not a suburban grow room or garden shed or fish and chip shop! then after a normal length of time in design, planing and approvals etc.. somehow securing funds 3 months ago to build the facility is a sign of failure
To the unfamiliar this is called totally normal strategic management of expansion.
