thats 1,721,600 convertible notes with a face value of US 1.20 each, or about 107m shares using 0.77 fx rate and 0.025 per share. That's still a fairly decent amount and enough reason for Obsidian to want to keep the price low. It's a good update but the corporate structure has become clunky and I just see more shares being issued to the parties mentioned in the update to fund expansion. Would be nice to be free of more capital with profits funding growth, hopefully in the year ahead once these notes are gone.
