there is execution risk if akp doesn't get bought out. also, I wouldn't expect a company to have a business model based on getting bought out, but if the price is right....
also apple has a valuable ecosystem. akp tech would add to or maintain that ecosystem, so in some ways akp is worth more to apple than other companies simply because of the margins apple gets on its ecosystem
