Well I certainly wish I knew that!
With AKP I think it is fair to say that we will be told pretty much only by when we are required to be told.
But when they do have some really good news to share I would not be surprised if we got to hear a little in advance - maybe half an hour or so early! (Just cynicism speaking!)
