my personal thought is, once they do the demo's they will give either first to order or exclusivity (given it will be a slower ramp up) to the group who A) will a capital line to limit dilution and allow them to get the packaging inhouse b) a part of the action, although at a reasonable premium/negotiated premium (say 5%)
This would give them funding and time to start the ramp up plus secures them to a point that they can get to first orders without larger capital call or slowing down the progress given how long this has been in development
