As it stands 65% of all cash receipts is still on salary and wages. I have heard this board talk this up as a growth only prospect and to forget about the profitability.
But you would need to at least $10million in receipts for a quarter to be cashflow neutral. When do holders expect that? 2022?
A 21% increase in salary and wages, this note reads like they are comfortable with this. I think a capital raise will be due in 12-16months time, with that sort of attitude
Finally, their 90 arrears reads really well, in fact, something does not look right. Would I be correct they are reporting COVID arrears separately from 90+ day arrears? 0.79 + 0.71? Was this asked on the investor call?
