pretty sure they were trying to remind the retail holder that royalty payment likely isn't a monthly invoice but one that is 3/6 monthly payment. (at a guess they haven't disclosed) one would expect a lag here of a cycle as payment for anything sold on 31 would be in next period. a reminder that they only launch mid way through the period in USA.
