Not sure why they keep deleting this, maybe they don't like you asking for Johnson's head however that is not harsh considering some things I read on the site.
I share your frustration, very high staff costs to generate under $1M top line for the qtr.
I would also question the marketing spend, would be good to know the breakdown of costs such as X$ spent online, X$ spent with retailers etc.
To only have a return from every marketing dollar spent under $1.20 after being in operation for this long to me says something is broken.
