    Agree that staff costs are too high, 6 years and revenue is still way low.
    Return on marketing is about $1.18 for every dollar spent which is not great at all.
    I've done some research on line and we are not even that well noticed on search advertising so not sure where the advertising money is going.
    Cost to make product is very good however the staff costs are out of control.
