I think when the CEO has been economical with the truth (nicest way I can say what I mean) he will attract any and all sorts of personal criticism. Investors know this is the reality due to the repetitive nature of the behavior. And yes, you say, why don't they just sell out and stop whinging? Well, why should they when they have voted in a BOD which should address the CEO performance issue and when the technology still has a market. And there lies another sticking point. The BOD will have to go (as they are one by one, now).

Yes, eventually I stopped taking out my frustration on the CEO on HC (down to only a few posts a year) but I guess others may not have another outlet. And I wouldn't deny them that outlet for such a justified position. The HC mafia will address any TOU issues, as always. And I certainly don't think BB cares as he enjoys his LBT funded lifestyle program irrespective of sales or performance.
