Pretty short meeting, I had some sounds issues which didn't help.

They addressed the main resolutions in the agenda for 90% of it.

In question time re the reverse takeover, said there were elements of that deal that they just couldn't align on; something do with pricing on the counter-party side but didn't quite catch it. Said the process wasn't without merit, and that they have a number of further opportunities in the pipeline and did seem genuine when discussing this. Said they're looking for highly motivated counter-party etc

I'd say all in all, disappointing in the short term this one didn't go ahead, but seems more opportunities on the horizon, may take some time.
