A win in court would be good for the companies reputation and listing on a premium exchange would be good for liquidity, but they both come a distant second to revenue growth.
The previous 4C the company indicated they were turning away high risk customers that they previously would have taken on. That's gotta hurt growth, hopefully pushing into the Japanese and North American markets will compensate.
