Hi Baggy,
This isn't a CPH play. SCU are a 1/3rd cannabis play, of which are focussed on conservative products. SCU are 51% owners of their Sea Grapes and Cannabis businesses. I get it that having Paul on board is exciting, however they do operate in a very strict conservative environment. CPH are a singular company focussed purely on Cannabis derived products, operate in a very liberal environment and have products and channels ready to go, it's simple scale for CPH. Chalk and cheese.
