The important thing about the ROW is that it is a condition precedent ("cp") which allows EWC to unlock local funding in order to complete the project. So not only does EWC need the ROW to connect the power to the grid, but also for legal / completion reasons. Its the last major obstacle for Pagbilao. Similarly, the Forestry issue (which we believe some good news will be made public soon) at Sengkang allows for lending and construction to continue. Huge year for EWC!
