I have to say the lack of buying interest puzzles me. We are clearly going to be pretty profitable next year with a low teens PE and should be high single digit the year after. And that is on the basis of steady as she goes. If we can see upside on healthcare and on one or two large contract or the opening up of new clinical trials areas. In terms of supportive background much of large pharma is setting 5 year targets for the percentage of digital aspects in the trials they conduct. Cognition is by far one of the easiest to transfer to digital and should be on the leading edge of this and the one thing pharma is really good at is hitting set targets.
All I can think is the huge share sale by the CEO sapped a lot of latent demand, I do wonder if that is why we also saw a new share trading policy. It is also time for the board to be clear with the market they will not be spraying options around like confetti at a wedding anymore.
