Much better chance of using it on a commercial build in my opinion Storm, not sure if things are similar to Vic in W.A but the problem with a lot of commercial builds is it’s backed by a client/developer and the builder won’t have a say in what finished is used, not many builders will do a spec build on a commercial build.
Once a commercial build is big enough it’ll just end up being concrete panels anyway, just my opinion.
