My interpretation of the Qtrly is packaging has not been halted. The Israeli company is still packaging the chips they are using an interim solution and is taking longer than the originally planned foreign expert chip packager, the Qtrly goes into great depth explaining this. AKP has set a target of later part of this fiscal quarter to have the 2 additional packaging runs complete before progressing to packing of the latest chips.
