Looking at patterns of cap raises in recent times: a company puts out a block buster announcement, shares rally 2x or more (e.g. EGR, RTR, DW8 and a couple others), the 5-day VWAP increases and then they cap raise. Standard stuff.

Now, question for me is given that at best FGR has 2.3 quarters of $ left (at worst about a quarter), what is going to happen here? Hypothetically, if the company comes out with a blockbuster announcement that has us sprinting past 40c...maybe even 50c, they could cap raise after driving the VWAP higher, or given there are a decent amount of Options out there, wait it out as the Options get converted and money trickles in, and do a smaller cap raise depending on the volume of options converted.

    Thoughts?
