Warwick should know by now if he is going to invest the $2.2mil of options that he holds, WG could exercise his options early which will spark retail shareholders to convert their options,

Or if WG has decided not to exercise his options, he could off his 8.8mil options to one of these investors to exercise.

I am not sure on the rules with someone underwriting the options, If this is possible, we could have one of the USA investors underwrite part of the FGROC's option, where they could take a nice chunk of FGR.

The other options if for FGR to start selling Graphene rather than having investors fund them, we are nearly 2 years behind their BE forecast and sales this year are pathetic. $157k in 9 months.
